ONLINE EVENT POLICIES
ONLINE PANEL RULES
- Do not ask inappropriate, rude or vulgar questions, if you do so your connection will be immediately terminated without refund
- Nudity is not permitted
- If persons under 18-years-old are present at any time during panel they must be accompanied by an adult
HARASSMENT
Headbangers Conline has a zero tolerance policy on harassment of any kind, including but not limited to: stalking, bullying, intimidation, offensive verbal comments, unwanted photography or recording, continuous disruption of panels, any kind of sexual harassment, any negative actions towards a minor, drunk or disorderly behavior.
We reserve the right to remove any person from the event at any time.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We pack our autographs carefully in rigid cardboard oversized envelopes. If your package arrives damage you must take a photo or video of it before you open it so there can be a claim filed with postal carrier.
If photo is damaged due to talent (guest) packing it, we will do our best to replace it or credit you an equal amount at our next event if talent (guest) is unable to be reached.
PROPRIETARY
By purchasing a ticket and entering any Headbangers Conline event you acknowledge that all and any ideas, assets, displays, video, photography, signage, merchandise and events you witness are owned and property of Headbangers Con, and you agree not to share, sell or duplicate them.
- Any photo or video that is publicly shared by any attendee from a Headbanges Conline event will be allowed for promotional use by Headbangers Con without permission or compensation.
LIVE EVENT POLICIES
ENTRY WITH WEAPONRY
Headbangers Con has a zero tolerance policy for real weaponry. Real weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden on premises, including:
- Firearms, air guns, BB guns, paintball guns, pellet guns or guns of any kind. This also APPLIES to attendees who may have a permit to carry any gun, concealed or otherwise.
- Metal-bladed weapons including knives, swords, daggers, switchblades axes or any other sharp metal object whether it's novelty or real
- Any explosives; including fireworks of any kind
- Chemical weapons; including mace and pepper spray
- Any blunt weapons; including brass knuckles, baseball bats, clubs, staffs, etc.
Any person found to be carrying a weapon of any kind will be immediately removed from event and property and have their ticket revoked.
ENTRY WITH BAGS
Small and medium-sized bags (purses, briefcases, backpacks, shopping bags, etc. will be allowed in the event, but will be subject to search. However, any bag may slow your entry into event so we ask for your patience if you are bringing a bag with you.
- Upon entry with bag attendee understands that their bag or belongings will be subject to random search by any marked staff member at any time

INTOXICATION
We strive to ensure the safety and happiness of our attendees. Any attendee displaying drunk or disorderly behavior will be immediately removed from event and venue, without warning, and their ticket will be revoked.
Any attendee showing signs or symptoms of drug use (as determined by our staff) will be immediately removed from event and venue, without warning, and their ticket will be revoked.
We reserve the right to remove any person from the event at any time.
If someone's behavior makes you uncomfortable please tell a staff member and report any incidents.

FOOD OR BEVERAGE
As a courtesy to our food and beverage vendors and exhibitors who have paid to be a part of Headbangers Con, we will not permit any outside food or beverage in to our venues unless they are needed for medical purposes.
